The friday night lineup for Pitchfork is always a bit hit or miss for me. It’s usually filled with *ahem* veterans to the stage, and I’m not always a huge fan. For me personally, this year was a mixed bag. The evening started with Tortoise, which I’m not a big fan of musically, and who are not all that animated on stage so it wasn’t as interesting from a photography standpoint. It’s a tough time slot at 5:00, so the crowd was a little smaller but they were enthusiastic.

My office is a mess but I can usually find what I need. I don't clean windows but I like doing laundry. I love who I am and I love what I do. Really, what could be better? My job is to bring out the inner rockstar in all of us, and to me, that's awesome.

Pauly - I had a similar reaction to them as you did. They weren’t my thang. Too mello for me. They were great musicians though. What’s sort of comical is that in your pictures, they look much more lively than they actually were on stage. lol.
