A young ginger haired british boy with a small guitar is taking over. I speak of Ed Sheeran. He’s been a support act this round of USA shows but I suspect he’ll be headlining here in USA before the year is out. Here he is performing at the Tabernacle in Atlanta Georgia.
He’s a hot commodity in the UK, winning 2 prestigious Brit awards (Best Male Artist and Best British Breakthrough Act). Judging by the screams of the teenage girls in the audience, he’s the hot new heart throb in the indie music world here in the USA. And he IS adorable, with his mop of red hair and his infectious music. He’s got a beautiful voice and seems to be a ball full of energy. And he certainly knows how to work the crowd. What was interesting is that Sheeren was the support act, but had as many fans as the headliner. As soon as he finished his set, a good portion of the crowd vacated their long held spots at the barrier and headed outside to meet the ginger darling.
